Closed energy loop for Sydney

This video outlines http://daochienergy.com plan for integrating the creation of liquid fuel (Synthetic Paraffinic Kerosene & Biodiesel) from local crops (especially algae used in sewage processing) and electric energy in a process that exploits the byproducts (and wastes) from one process to feed into the next as input. This circular integration produces distributed market risk for each process that results in overall greater pricing stability and consistency in greater total profitability.

The Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) decided to make history on 1 July 2011 by grounding an entire airline - Tiger Airways for almost six weeks over the incidents in which the same pilot twice flown too low into airports in Melbourne within a time-frame of slightly more than 3 weeks in June. The suspension on Tiger Airways has being partially lifted by CASA on 10 August with the imposition of new conditions on Tiger's air operator's certificate.

Indiginous cultural education rights undermined by Liberal Minister

The timing was impeccable. The contrast could not be more stark. On the United Nations International Day of the World's Indigenous People (August 9th, 2011) an order was made to smash and desecrate a unique expression of Aboriginal Culture in Victoria.

On August 9th, 2011, the United Nations General Secretary implored us all "Together, let us celebrate and recognize the stories, cultures and unique identities of indigenous peoples around the world. At the same time, let us work to strengthen their rights and support their aspirations.” (http://www.un.org/en/events/indigenousday/)

Clearly someone got it wrong. These men have been comprehensively
tortured AND TWO YEARS LATER ARE STILL IN PRISON WITHOUT BEING CHARGED.

In Malaysia, 29,759 foreigners were caned between 2005 to end of 2010. This refutes Minister Bowen's claims that human rights, as we know them, will be protected.
