Rex Bellotti Junior, at the age of 15, was the victim of a disgusting injustice, committed by Albany officers of the WA Police. It is amazing that he survived being run down by a WA Police 4WD. Rex Jr. nearly bled to death at the scene, due to a severed femoral artery, tissue was visibly ripped from his leg, and during the 13 hour trip to provide him with the life saving surgery he so desperately needed, he had to be resuscitated twelve times and he will probably lose his leg.
