Serco is the company that profits off the incarceration of asylum seekers. The Immigration Department privatises the running of Australia's network of inhumane prisons known as detention centres. Australian Government privatises their violation of some 6400(6/11) Asylum Seekers human rights and Serco are more than eager to profit from this human suffering.

The ultimate goal is to convince McDonald’s that Tecoma is an inappropriate location for a 24/7 take-away business as proposed, and that the Hills need to remain unique as a place to live and to which to escape.

They already have an exploration license, and despite strong local opposition, are poised to commence test drilling at a number of sites in Bacchus Marsh. If successful, this project would:

* destroy local farmland
* threaten ground water
