Dear people of Melbourne
You are invited to a special screening of the “the Panguna Mine Dilemma” by Clive Porabou 2008 outside the Melbourne office of Rio Tinto subsidiary Bougainville Copper Limited (BCL) office at 120 Collins St in the city on Tuesday the 23rd of October at 7pm. Come down and join myself and Izzy Brown with the mobile cinema and let BCL know that you want them to stop pursuing their agenda of reopening Panguna mine after the crisis that occurred on the Melanesian Island caused by malign Australian mining.

Nauru - Governments normalising racism while people suffer and die - "there is the smell of death here"

Gerry Georgatos
The veils and layers of racism are myriad – a trickle of humanity flees from persecution and horrific conditions, from civil strife, to our shores and Australian Governments react with racism, fall into the trap of justifying their racist actions, deeds and words and then normalise the racism and stereotype peoples.

Royal Commission or bust on the AWU scandal and Prime Minister Julia Gillard - there is no other way

ROYAL COMMISSION or bust into AWU scandal and Prime Minister Julia Gillard, it goes to the highest office in the country with too many involved - from Gillard, Shorten, Ludwig, Roxon and others and of course McClelland too. The questions out there are so many, the allegations everywhere that not having a Royal Commission is bull dust and a different set of rules for the privileged and the elite.

Go to:

and for today's news:

Calling all dumpster divers in Melbourne.

My name is Michael Budinski.

I am currently planning a documentary that explores Dumpster Diving in Melbourne.

I am seeking experienced Dumpster Divers who would be happy to let me follow them along on a series of 'dives', in addition to discussing why they dive and general Freegan philosophy.

Other than a general lack of awareness, there seems to be a lot of confusion among the general public as to why people choose to dive.

Melbourne: Churches & Church Vehicles Sprayed, Public Walls Reclaimed

source : http://325.nostate.net/?p=6407

325 receives and transmits:

On Sunday the 31st of September under the cover of darkness we set off with hatred in our hearts & cans of spray-paint in our back-packs.

Once again we found ourselves in the outer northern suburbs of Melbourne – in particular the predominantly low-income neighborhood of Glenroy.

And once more we decided to direct our anger at the church; there always seem to be plenty of churches in the poorer suburbs & Glenroy is no exception.
