16 Jan 14: "The leaders of a national body for Indigenous people will hold a public meeting in Alice Springs to discuss the impact of funding cuts. The Federal Government has indicated it will not honour $15 million in funding allocated to the National Congress of Australia's First Peoples in last year's budget.
