Mr Wotton “sought to correct a wrong” by expressing his outrage. Mr Hurley killed a man, beating him to his death in a police cell. Where is the justice? Mr Wotton will continue to chase down the justice.
Dr Jim Green - Warren Mundine, head of Tony Abbott's hand-picked Indigenous Advisory Council, has waged war against environmental groups in recent opinion pieces in the Fairfax and Murdoch press.
The headlines may not have been written by Mundine but they reflect the content of his propaganda: 'Without mining we'd all be living in caves', and 'Green groups keep Aboriginal people in poverty'.

Last night, I watched a very powerful clip from British Channel 4’s Jon Snow about his recent trip to Gaza. He speaks movingly about what is happening to the children of Gaza. Over 1310 children have been injured and over 166 have been killed.
it is far too long that the genocidal attacks against the civilian population of gaza must stop. and stop immediately.
it now appears that the netanyahu government is in an all-out war of extermination of the palestinians people. this genocide is covered by the puerile assertion that the rockets from gaza must stop and hamas be wiped out entirely. there is no recognition that hamas is the legitimate government of gaza and any peace deal must be done with their representatives as government . peace deals with the corpses of women and children are very much a poor choice.
The ATO has taken upon itself to semi-privatise the tax return process without bothering to warn taxpayers. On its website, it states: "We offer two free, convenient and secure ways to lodge your own tax return online - myTax and e-tax."
2014 is the first year that the only way to lodge is online - the old paper forms are no longer available. Therefore, millions of Australian taxpayers are going to be deceived by this. You could almost call it an ATO scam.
