NEWS update: Three months young The Stringer is fast establishing a healthy readership. More writers have joined The Stringer team as we continue to extend our national and international social reach. This week we introduce you to new contributors Dr Ali Gohar (Pakistan and London based), Kathy Kelly (USA) who has spent May in Afghanistan, Colin Penter (Perth, W.A.) and India’s Upneet Lalli, alongside our regulars Nicola Butler in Adelaide, Mick Estens from the Northern Territory and Western Australia’s duo of Suresh Rajan and Gerry Georgatos.

This week we introduce our new “Arts & Letters” news category, with the first contribution from Western Australian writer Colin Penter.
