Walk from Fremantle to Herisson Is in Perth in support of the Nyoongar tent embassy and Nyoongar sovereignty. Meet at Bather's beach, Fremantle at 8am, Sunday 22nd April
• this is a peaceful non-violent walk
• we will be having water drops every 5km so u can fill up your bottles :)
• we will also be having short breaks every 5km - its 21km all up!
• people responsible for their own safety, parents responsible for children
• bring your own snacks and lunch, perhaps in a small backpack
• bring your own water bottle, HAT, good walking shoes, sunscreen, rain gear?
• find your own way home - organise a pick-up, or check the bus timetable
• please no individual group banners or slogans, we are here to support the
Nyoongar Tent Embassy
• you are welcome to meet us at different points (email details
below to get a copy of map and expected timed stops)
• wear something black, red or yellow (or all three) to help identify us
• drug and alcohol free event
• AFTERNOON TEA PROVIDED AT HEIRRISSON ISLAND on arrival
