Ted Baillieu has been a naughty boy this Christmas. (As was Brumby before him!)
Victoria is the only state in Australia where workers will not receive penalty rates if they have to work on Christmas day. This means Victorian workers who are rostered on for Christmas will not be entitled to compensation for sacrificing time with family and friends.
