The worst polluting state per capita, in the worst polluting country per capita, that just happens to be one of the wealthiest, and most solar friendly country's in the world, if we cant save solar systems then how can we possibly expect the rest of the world to take adequate action.
Solar power like all renewables, just needs the same assistance that the fossil fuel industry enjoyed at its genesis, and continues to enjoy to this day, by saving this fledgling industry we not only start to build a new green economy, but we also take an important step to saving life as we know it.
