You are cordially invited to sample a slice of ‘yellowcake’ to get a taste of what it is like for the people of Mukaty country to swallow the Federal Government’s proposed nuclear waste dump.
This event is part of a National Day of Action against the Muckaty Radioactive Waste Dump.
If you are concerned about the growing nuclear industry in Australia, or would like to know more about the Government’s plans for the Northern Territory, join us in Garema Place for a piece of ‘yellowcake’ and a chat.

hearing in Darwin as part of its inquiry into the
legislation that will lock-in Muckaty as the site for a
national radioactive waste dump. There will be no hearing
in Tennant Creek, effectively SILENCING many Traditional
Owners, who will be unable to travel to Darwin.
