This subsidised one day training includes four optional workshops, so you can attend all day or just select the most relevant sessions:
9am: Consensus Introduction how it works
10.45am: Experiential Workshop try it out!
12.30pm Advanced Consensus challenges + troubleshooting
2.45pm Facilitation Skills leading the process
This workshop is presented by the Greens WA and uses our experiences making political and organisational consensus decisions as a Case Study, during the day. However, beyond this, the content is non-party political and you do NOT need to be a Greens supporter to attend.
