Call for a national death in custody organisation

Attached is a working document based on our talks in the Tent Embassy regarding the Death In Custody campaign.

It is a working document because we have to start discussions in our organisations to see if it is possible to develop the organisation to have a united response to the DIC. Ray J. will be contacting you to see how we can progress our project.

Originally, I intended to make a list that could be contacted by anyone, but I have received some comments, so for the time being please send to me or Ray (isja01@internode.on.net) any comments, suggestions, ideas or ways to progress the campaign and we will distribute them everywhere.

Also. please add everyone interested, send us the details, we will make sure that they can access all the information. Sorry for the delay but we have been busy with the TJ anniversary Rally.
