Police converge upon Nyoongar Tent Embassy

Nyoongar Tent Embassy has been surrounded by police since 6:45am this morning - I have been called by those from Tent Embassy, who are now not contactable that they have been ordered to pull down tents, remove cars and go. It was an early morning appearance while there is no-one on staff at The West Australian, however the call out went to news media, with Channel Ten and The Australian having arrived.

We do not know exactly what is occurring at the moment - we were in constant contact till now - we understand Elders tried to speak with the police - we understand there were at first about 40 police converge upon Nyoongar Tent Embassy.

What a great night that was staying with Nyoongar Tribe Tent Embassy Protest overnight. The Nyoongar welcomed me and made feel at home. The kids were cooking marshmallows around the fire and a few adults too. There was tea and food for everybody .There was no booze no drugs and we stayed up until 2 am just talking, seen some fire spinning, and cooked kangaroo tails on the fire. I was even welcome into their sacred circle. Ive been to church and have never felt as welcome as i did with NYOONGAR TRIBE. Soooooooooo i woke up yesterday morning at 6 am to oh about a 80 cops some on horses ( maybe the horses were for the kids), 4 paddy wagons, tow trucks, undercovers , etc Marching in like it was the Taliban staying there. I had a cop threatin me for standing my ground and upholding my, rights film and had seen cops threatening people with jail for exercising their freedom of speech rights, freedom of assembly, and aboriginal land rights or maybe i you just dont have those rights in Australia. Let me get this straight this piece of land is owned by the Nyoongar and the government can tell you that you are not allowed to camp on it and park your vehicle on your own front lawn. I dont know about you but i see aussies park there cars all over the place in this county lawns, curbs ,
sidewalks etc when parking lots are full or not! The scouts were actually at this site awhile ago and camped out and they didnt get the privilege of piggies on horseback. During the extermination of the Nyoongar some of the cops there were hoping for violence they were antagonizing and confrontational, they had no empathy of what hey were doing which saddens me. I looked into each and everyone of their cop eyes and could only spot a few that had any expression of that they didnt want to be there. Other then thise ones, they were pumped up and ready to fight. At the end of it all we went back to the sacred circle and the ladies joined hands and did a chant around the the fire and the most amazing thing happened crows from everywhere circled around in the trees and sang along with them it was amazing. I am a Canadian looking in from outside the box and my support is behind you all 100 percent and will be back out there soon. You are role models for everyone of Australia, this country has abused the human rights of all people just by not having any. They sugar coat it by calling it the nanny state. Ya see nanny is a nice word police state isnt. ALWAYS IS ALWAYS WILL BE ABORIGINAL LAND. Dont ever give up...................Australia depends on you whether they realize it or not.

Beautifull, mate, thanks for the impression, gotte love those crows. Some are trying to learn our language but got a hard time trying.
