Beyond Zero Emissions film nights continue this month at our new time of 6.30pm on every third Wednesday. We learned alot from our first showing and will be maximising the comfort factor as well as beefing up our screening technology.
We'll be kicking off as close to 6.30pm as possible, but feel free to come along before and settle. We'll be around from 6 to welcome you in, and afterward there will be time for discussion.
A GOLD COIN donation would be much appreciated, but anyone is welcome regardless of their ability to pay.
Flow: For Love of Water is a 2008 documentary film directed by Irena Salina which focuses on the frightening absence of social justice surrounding water security and water supply. Water is big business and this film exposes countless examples of corporate disregard for communities.
This engaging documentary features contributions from Vandana Shiva, Noam Chomsky and Maude Barlow, amongst others.
At the end of the night we will open the floor to discussion. Lead by a member of our very own BZE team, we can discuss some of the problems, and solutions, raised in the film.
