The Sustainable Living Festival raises awareness and provides tools for change by showcasing leading solutions to the ecological and social challenges we face.
In 2010 the Festival attracted over 122,000 visits and engaged with hundreds of organisations and individuals to stage Australia's largest and oldest sustainbility festival.
The Festival's expanded program contiunes again in 2011, engaging individuals and communities across Australia to host and promote sustainability events, extending the reach of the sustainability message cities suburbs and streets
The Festival's Big Weekend event at Federation Square in the heart of Melbourne will continue to celebrate the very best examples of ecological and social sustainability (18th-20th of February). The event will fuse interactive workshops, talks, demonstrations, artworks, exhibits, films and live performances.
