SHIVER ME TIMBERS! Sydney is about to host Forbes Global CEO Conference called "FULL SAIL AHEAD" with “400 global CEOs, tycoons, entrepreneurs, up-and-comers, capitalists and thought leaders"!!!
The program says “When the sea is calm, anyone can hold the helm. In volatile times, business leaders must take on the role of the master mariner"!

ARRRGH! LET'S GIVE THE BILLIONAIRE "MASTER MARINERS" a bit of a PIRATE WELCOME!

...Those inside will include Australia's richest man, Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest (worth $US4.1 billion); the world's richest man, Carlos Slim (teleco billionaire worth US$53.5 billion); Forbes CEO, Steve Forbes. Their kind hosts? Your 'representatives' in the NSW & Federal governments, including treasurer Wayne Swan and NSW Premier Kristina Keneally.

A bunch of SCURVY DOGS, the lot of em!

Join the pirates on the outside who will be demanding entry to stand alongside our fellow corporate pirates! (It may be hard to get a seat unless you've got an easy $US8000 to cover the ticket price).

Bring your pirate outfit, pirate sign, and pirate spirit to give these capitalists a real HOY - and tell them to stop putting their bottomless pockets ahead of the people of the world and our environment.

SEE YOU THAR WEDNESDAY, MATEYS! YO HO HO!

Ahoy mateys! The scurvy dog Forbes billionaire corporate pirate$ will be wearing Armani suits tomorrow....we want to show them what REAL pirates wear!

There are plenty of web sites that'll give you tips on pirate outfits - below are just a few ideas:
* Bandanna - Wrap some cloth around your head for a bandanna.
* Eyepatch - available at $2 shops or else make your own!
* Belt or Sash - Either a wide wide belt with a big buckle, or wear a sash (red or black are ideal) - a scarf tied around your waist will work.
* Earrings - a few gold hoop earrings would be great - or even knock up something using alfoil and cardboard!!
* Boots - tall black boots will work.
* Sword or hook - If you can get one of these, to go with your placards, great! You can make a hook out of cardboard, covered in alfoil, and connected to a strofoam cup to give the hook-hand effect
* Pants - One option might be the rolled up jeans look, otherwise go with rather tight or rather baggy pants.
* Shirt - Either a billowy white number, or else a stripey angle
* Vest - If you can find one (black or red ideally)

Ye be there at 9am or ye be nothin' more than bilge!
