We'll meet at the Treasury Gardens from 2pm then after 3:30 we will make our way in an orderly fashion up to the steps of Parliament House for a 10 minute Public Announcement and demand that the Victorian Government acknowledge that cannabis prohibition is based in prejudice and begins the process of looking towards legalisation. This will be followed by a mass demonstration of civil disobedience at 4:20pm.

All media will be invited.
