In disturbing news from Britain - it appears that the man who died at the G20 protests in England was a victim of police violence. Three corroborating witnesses have given evidence that they saw the man assaulted by police before he had a heart attack. The man Ian Tomlinson was a 47 year old who was just on his way from work when he got caught up in a police charge against the crowd who had been kept trapped outside the Bank of England for hours - within a police cordon. He may have been battoned and pushed to the ground hitting his head heavily according to witnesses.

The Guardian Article below outlines the story and also includes some 6 minutes of footage which clearly show how the rally changed from one of peace - (with some targeted property damage against the Bank of Scotland) to one where the police were rioting against a trapped crowd.
