If A Tree Falls is a documentary that gives an insight into the inner workings of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF), a revolutionary movement devoted to crippling facilities involved in deforestation. It also simultaneously offers a profile of ELF activist, Daniel McGowan, who was served with "domestic terrorism" charges for his involvement.

If A Tree Falls won an award at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011 and was nominated for the Best Documentary Feature at the 2011 Academy Awards.

All proceeds from this event will go to assist Daniel McGowan in his re-adjustment from prison life to the outside world once he is released. He has spent most of his time in prison in a "Communication Management Unit" which limits his ability to communicate with other inmates and the outside world.

Tickets are $10 and are available at the door only.
