The ASU has been campaigning for equal pay for community sector workers for over 3 years. They have been talking to government, community sector workers, employers and service users about the high turn over in the sector and the need to get real about sector sustainability. Fair Work Australia will hear the case for equal pay and is likely to make a decision in the latter part of 2010.
