Orangutans – victims of "sustainable" palm oil

Rescue of an orangutan by IAR activists

Dear friends of the rainforests,

Palm oil is a major threat to the rainforests. The latest case: In Borneo, several starving orangutans have been rescued after their forest homes were clear-cut for a palm oil plantation. The rainforest was bulldozed by BGA, a member of the RSPO – the organization issuing the label for sustainable palm oil.

Please sign our petition to call for a stop to rainforest destruction and palm oil imports – and please also spread the word:

TAKE ACTION

Thanks for being involved,
