Wilkie to supprt Abbott for PM

Andrew Wilkie has shown his true colours in this report where he has said he will vote in favour of a motion of no confidence in the Prime Minister.  Wilkie will not forgive Gillard for ditching his pokies reform bill and will now vote with the opposition to unsettle the government.  Wilkie can no longer say he is concerned about the welfare of working families, which his pokies reform was meanto to do,  Abbott will turn back the boats, tear up workchoices, and send people to the dole.  Pensions will be eroded and social services will fall apart.  This now is Wilkie's solution to the Gillard government.

Gillard has proven herself less than perfect.  I guess we can say that of every politician.  When it takes the likes of Malcolm fraser to point out th ehypocrisy of sanctions against Iran, it tells us a lot about the present state of politics in Australia.  But Malcolm Fraser, even Malcolm Fraser the former leader of the Liberal Party and Prime Minister of this country, can see through Tony Abbott's agenda of hate and distortion.  Andrew Wilkie could learn a lot from this man.

And yet in our day we protested Malcolm Fraser as fiercely as some here protest Julia Gillard now.  But let me be the first to tell you, however much you protest against Julia Gillard, you will protest more strongly and fiercely against an Abbott Government, because that government will doom Australia to the backwaters of economic and social reform.  As the movie saying goes, be afraid, be very afrtaid...

If you can't see the difference between Labour and Liberal you are blind. There is a vast sea of difference. Labour will not turn back the boats, for one thing. I'll take that over Abbott's disastrous turn back the boats at any cost policy any day. And that is a difference, a very real difference, and only the first of many.

Saying Labour is Liberal is a furphy, designed to bring Abbott into power.
