Invitation to the 40th Anniversary of the Tent Embassy Canberra - All Communities, dancers, performers, crafts people and speakers : Indigenous elders invite all Aboriginal people, supporters and other members of the general public, to come together at the 'Aboriginal Tent Embassy' site, on Thursday 26th January 2012, to celebrate "SOVEREIGNTY DAY" and be part of the Sacred Fire Ceremonial Gathering that will marks 40 years since the first protest on the site.
Soveriegnty Never Ceded: a key theme of the 40th Anniversary. Then to inform our people that all going well we will file our case of our continuing Sovereignty in the International Court of Justice in around April may 2012. So the 40th Anniversary will have a lot of meaning,
Prepare your marchin shoes because the 40th Anniversary is soon. We must address the issues of the increasing deaths in youth, increasing deaths in the medical areas such as mental health. Basic Human Rights. Stir up mob and start preparin.

Occupy movement offers solidaity camps throughout Australia
To Whom it May Concern,
Thank you so much for the opportunity to write you regarding the Aboriginal Tent Embassy's 40th anniversary. Congratulations, and may you enjoy much success in 2012.
I am writing on behalf of the Occupy movement in Adelaide to request that we may attempt to launch a nationwide solidarity action with the Tent Embassy, and erect our tents on the 26th of January in the various Occupy Chapters of Australia, in order to show our commitment to the need for the Aboriginal people's voices to be heard. Our chapter, here in Adelaide, will work with the Aboriginal community here, but we would also like to have your blessing to launch this solidarity action on the day.
If we have your permission to go ahead with the solidarity action, could you please let us know anything that you would like for us to do or promote specifically on that day, in addition to highlighting the need for Aboriginal Sovereignty here in Australia?

27 Jan 12; Protest at the 'Lobby Resturant'. The security guards reef gillard down the steps she is semi clad at the base of the steps and shoved un-dignified into the rear seat of her car. Only the cops can be blamed for that man-handling. Meantime Abbott is seen grinning like a cheshire cat at the top of the steps before the hurried decent. Coporations are reknown for setting the cat amongst the pigeons and this time is no different. It was another media stunt to paint a hell of a bad picture of the Indigenous. I know personally and first hand what ABBOTT was responsible for on the 'convoy of no conscience' - it was his campaign and nothing more - all the deals had been done in regards to that cause BEFORE they all left for Canberra. The proof came via a trucking body document... The media got caught out in that mess also just like they will now. Tell it as it is NOT what you want them to here. STOP lying to the people. The Corporations were established without any referendum and i have the proof of that also. I am tired of being lied to - cheated out of Justice at every turn. 2012 will be the year.
