Theme: Bushfires a growing impact of climate change
The incidence of extreme and catastrophic fire weather days is predicted
to increase as a result of climate change. (IPCC). Increased public
awareness of this and other climate impacts is critical to decisive action
on climate change. Help bring this message to other hills residents.
This will be one of many events across the globe focusing public attention
on the many impacts that climate change is already having on people,
animals and ecosystems as part of the 350.0rg 5/5/12 Climate Impacts global day of action.
