1. Would this prove a verbal contract: you send a reporter to a solicitor to do contract for payment for story, and he goes would that prove verbal contract under civil law, plus the reporter says he went to the solicitor to check me out and had no intention of paying me so is that misleading conduct as well.
2. Would this prove perjury: A witness tells the court the plaintiff ask me to buy him set of number plates WWM-007 in 2005, then the plaintiff later shows Judge Supreme court of NSW a search or records from 2003 that the plaintiff had bought the said plates in 2003, would that prove perjury by the witness plus take into account No 1.
3. A judge hears a perjury case and the judge covers up for the witness is that corruption: The plaintiff tells the court about above No 2 in the perjury case of reporter from court case 2007 evidence given, the judge then says the plaintiff sold and unreg car with plates WWM-007 on which wasn't said by plaintiff, and plaintiff asked reporter to get them back for plaintiff which wasn't said by witness as he wasn't in court just his barrister, this is where you go back to No 2, so if this happened was that cover up and corruption by the Judge.
4. Judgment of a judge is it wrong to say defendant got no instruction from his boss for to do pleadings in a Statement of Claim when there is no evidence of that fact, to dismiss the case, is that fair.
