Thursday, 22 November 2012 - -= A new social networking site, affectionately known as 'Blackfella Facebook', has been set up by the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence to support young Indigenous people.
The website was designed by a group of young Indigenous people specifically for their needs. The Community of Excellence, or 'Blackfella Facebook', allows users to build an Aspiration Profile where they post their goals and ambitions. Other participants are able support these and use the 'respect' function to encourage and support them in their endeavours.
