“Living Strong” will provide all participants with a variety of fun activities and specialist workshops to give you some great tips to help you feel and look good. Living Strong will also provide fun competition and prizes for participants involved. If you are 18 and over looking for a change in your life for the better then come on and start “Living Strong” with NCACCH life modification program,” she writes.

Living Strong is about helping people to make long term lifestyle changes, like choosing healthier food and drinks and being more physically active.
