"....At that appointment, I was taken by complete shock and surprise in that I had to endure false accusations with threatening, grossly intimidating, bullying and vigorously aggressive conduct by an employee of the Prospective Respondent [Centrelink] in his decision making capacity (as he advised me)..... I believe that the impact, severity and physical activity of the conduct was an attempt (contrary to Commonwealth Public Servants Code of Conduct) to provoke me into losing my self control and defending myself against imminent violence as I did in fact become in fear of imminent violence. I also consider this conduct to be a civil assault upon me....."

Video refused in legal action against CENTRELINK and Craig
A Freedom of Information request was made for the security video footage of the Centrelink Noosaville staff member "Craig" assaulting a customer.
PURPOSE : Federal Court Judicial Review and prosecution of Centrelink & Craig.
ACCESS REFUSED
REASON : "Video cannot be redacted". It would take 22 DAYS of computer time to redact (edit) 55 MINUTES of video footage.
