Jennifer Nash, the mother protesting outside John Mickel’s electorate office on the lack of electoral representation on the issue of judicial abuse and judicial corruption against an unrepresented Australian child has been consistently denied electoral representation by Mr Mickel, her elected Member of Parliament and Queensland Speaker.
Friday, 2 July 2010 was day 23 of her political protest. The mainstream media and her local Murdoch owned community newspaper have refused to report her protest, with the exception of the Jimboomba Times newspaper, which reported her protest on page 29 of the 16 June 2010 issue in their small magazine style community paper.
Despite Mr Mickel’s assertion he tried to assist the family, he has consistently ignored them, blocked their email address and refused to assist them in any way.

This is why she has approached the Independent Member for Kingaroy, Dorothy Pratt to sponsor an e-petition for an independent investigation into the unlawful and repeated editing of courtroom audiotapes and transcripts in a complaint about severe school bullying and education discrimination against her son, an unrepresented bullied schoolboy in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal and Queensland Supreme Court.

The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the fact a boy was repeatedly subjected to severe school bullying, education discrimination and denied access to public service on equal terms. Represented by his mother in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal and Supreme Court, she suffered repeated abuse, intimidation and was denied the right to be heard by impartial judges via the ICCPR and Rights of the Child. Allegations of severe editing of courtroom audiotapes and transcripts are corroborated by retired journalists and an independent specialist confirmed considered time is missing from the tapes due to erasure but the CMC has refused to conduct an independent investigation into the complaint. As a result the boy was ordered to pay over $28,000 in legal costs to Education Queensland.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to order a full, independent and impartial investigation into why the State Recording Bureau allowed the courtroom audiotapes and transcripts to be repeatedly severely edited.

Mr Dick's history lesson was disappointing. Most people came to raise issues of law and order. I am the woman with the sandwich board, who can be seen in the clip raising the issue of judicial abuse and judicial corruption against an unrepresented bullied schoolboy, (my son) in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal and Supreme Court in a complaint about severe school bullying and education discrimination.
My local MP, John Mickel, the Speaker of Parliament has denied my son electoral representation and has refused to table our grave allegations in Parliament even though they are corroborated by retired journalists and featured in The Wall Street Journal several times.
Editing courtroom audiotapes or transcripts to pervert the course of justice is a serious offence punishable with up to 5 years in jail, but the CMC and PCMC have refused to investigate our case. One of the four judges involved is Governor Penelope Wensley's own brother, Robert Wensley QC. Governor Wensley has ignored me since she was sworn in.
