From 2004 to 2006 I brought to the attention of DET management within my supervisor line management, continued evidence of what I considered, fraudulent professional behaviour within my immediate unit. I was unfortunately placed in the line of fire and left the department after 20 years of service. I was badgered, set up for multiple grievance sessions and never once issued a grievance of my own.
