An exploration of collaborative decision making
for people from all levels of experience.
All welcome: this is an introductory workshop suitable for beginners
and people wanting to learn a little more.
What if there was something even more democratic than voting?
What if “winners” and “losers” weren’t inevitable in decisions?
Consensus is a collaborative decision making tool, utilized by cultures across the world,
with applications for your organization.
Consensus creates:
∙ Collaborative synergies
∙ An inclusive, empowering culture
∙ A loyal, engaged workforce / membership
∙ Decisions being “owned”, not undermined
∙ More creative solutions and better outcomes

Presented by the Greens WA this workshop, uses our consensus experiences as a Case Study. However, the content is non-party political & you do NOT need to be a Greens supporter to attend.
